Mef Da Renegade is a published hiphop artist, musician, producer and founder of MefLab Muzik. Starting his musical journey early in life, he earned his grade 8 through the Ontario Conservatory of music in E♭ Alto Saxophone at the age of 16. He joined the classic rock band Redzone as its bassist while also focusing on creating his own sound within his first love, hiphop. Michael has produced, written and published the performative, neo boom bap, horror core single: Mr. Wednesday and is continuing that same craft as one half of the hiphop duo, “The Berzerk” under MefLab Muzik. He is also known by his many aliases such as Mr. Wednesday, OptiMef Rhyme, Mephistophles, and Mikey Terror.
Nemesys Omega is a Windsor-based hip-hop artist, writer and performer known for sharp lyricism, theatrical storytelling, dark humour and larger-than-life concepts. With creative roots stretching back to the late 1990s, his music blends intricate wordplay with influences from hip-hop, cinema, theatre and professional wrestling. A co-founder of MefLab Muzik, Omega forms one half of The Berzerk alongside longtime collaborator Mef Da Renegade, bringing decades of creative chemistry into a sound built on personality, aggression and experimentation.
Born and raised as a Jamaican-Canadian in Windsor, Ontario, Jazzy is a multi-hyphenate artist who is inspired by hip-hop culture, her lived experience, and the dynamic expressions available in creating and sharing authentic energy. Jazzy lives a life of radical joy and resilience in her pursuit for complete liberation through rapping, singing, writing, producing, performing, and speaking truth to power.
